Shopping Day: Coach bag, MAC, and Forever 21

Yesterday I went shopping with my mom and I got some really nice things that I'm really excited about.  I'm not going to be putting up a haul on the things that I got though because I didn't get enough that it would be worthy for a haul.  So instead of doing the smallest haul video in the world I decided to do a quick blogpost on it.

In general, it was a really great day.  We looked in pretty much every store we liked in the mall and we had a really fun day!  The first thing I got was a Coach bag, and i was so excited about this!  It's from their signature collection and it's really nice.

It's a smal black and silver bag with a really long strap so you would normally where this as a messenger bag, but what I like to do is I double up the strap so it's just a normal shoulder bag.  It's really cute and I'm so happy that I got it!  :)  Thanks mom for buying this for me, I would have never been able to afford it on my own.  :)

The next thing that I got was from MAC.  Many of you guys know that I'm trying to build up my high end makeup collection.  Right now my makeup collection consists of 90% drugstore and 10% high end so i want to try to expand my collection and reach out to new brands.  Right now I'm saving up my money to build up my MAC collection, then later I'll move on to other companies such as Benefit, Stilla, and Tarte.  So I got an eyeshadow from them and this is my second MAC product.  My first was the Bare Study paint pot, but this is my first MAC eyeshadow.  I got mine in Honey Lust which is a Lustre and it is a gorgeous pinky toned golden color.

I love it!  I wore it today on my lid with a darker brown in the crease and it was gorgeous!  I definetly recomend checking it out!

Then I went to Forever 21 and I got a couple of things both of which I am going to return.  The first thing I got was this navy blue cardigan with white sequins on it.  It really goes along with the whole military trend which, to be honest, is starting to gradually fade but I still think it's adorable.  This I'm only exchanging for a bigger size so I'm not returning it.  Sadly, I couldn't find a picture of it on the website and to be honest I'm just too lazy to go find it in my moms bedroom but I hope that's ok.  :)

I also got this dress which turned out to be hideous so I'm not even going to bother to find a picture, so we're returning it.

That's all I got, I had a great time and I hope that you had just as much fun reading this as I had writing it.  :)

Halloween Tutorials!

Fall; one of the best seasons of the year.  The leaves are finally beginning to turn to to those rich and bright colors.  I know this is going to sound totally corny, but I think that the bright colors of Fall really represent who I am.  I'm a very bright and spunky person.  To be quite frank, I'm origninal and I look to stand out from the crowd.  A lot of my long time subscribers know that I'm absolutly obsessed with my LA Colors twelve color eyeshadow pallets that I get at the Dollar Store and my absolute favorite one is "Trendy" because it is full of nice warm, rich colors that i love!  Whenever I think of fall I think of that pallet.

I think it might be kind of fun to do a fall inspired makeup tutorial with like a yellow on the inner corners and then a warm orange toned color in the center then a red on the outer corners and a brown in the crease.  I don't know exactly what I'd do but I can see it in my head and it's beautiful!  Haha!  Let me know if you'd be interested in that.

Obviously, October is the month of Halloween and Halloween is one of the best holidays known to man kind.  October has always been my favorite month and Halloween has always been my favorite holiday.  I'm in seventh grade, and already there are some kids at my school who aren't dressing up for halloween any more and to me that's stupid!  Why not live your lfie as a kid and then stop when your an adult!  I love dressing up and pretending to be someone that I'm not.  That's the main reason that I like makeup because even though I love who I am, sometimes it feels great to break out of that shell and be someone else.

This year, I'm going to be a bumble bee for halloween.  I don't have anything for my costume yet but I know exactly what it's going to look like.  Imagine this... A big yellow tuto with black and yellow striped tights, a black and yellow striped long sleeved shirt, a HUGE bee stinger made of cardboard and construction paper on my butt and awesome Bumble Bee makeup which I'm going to film a tutorial on later today.

I'm so excited!  Another exciting this that happens for me in October, is my birthday.  This year I'm turning 13 and I'm really excited!  I'm going to have a small party with a few of my friends and we're going to do one of those mall scavanger hunts.  As for a birthday haul, I don't think that I'm going to do one but we'll see.  I want to do a special video in honor of my birthday, and I want to know what you guys think would be a good idea for a video.  I'm thinking maybe a makeup collection and storage video or a room tour.  Let me know what you guys think.  :)

In general, October brings on a lot of stress for me, but int he end it's all worth it.  I'll see you guys in my next video, stay beautiful!  :)

My New Favorite Mascara Combo

Many of you might have seen my review on the Maybelline Define-A-Lash Volume waterproof mascara, but if you have not, you can watch it if you like by clicking the link provided down below but don't fell like you have to watch it because this blog post will make perfect sense even if you don't watch it.

I realize that this is the worst review in the world.  I filmed it a long long time ago back when I still had my Toshiba laptop with the awful quality webcam, but don't judge me and my channel by this video because I promise you my videos are much better quality to this day.

I was absolutly in love with it.  Then eventually I moved on to the Cover Girl Lash Blast Fushion mascara which is also a great one.  I totally ditched my Maybelline mascara and was all over the Cover Girl one.  Now I realize what  fool I was.  I know that I've raved on and on and on about the Cover Girl one, but it was all just a wierd illusion that I can not explain.  For some reason something in my brain was telling me that the Cover Girl LAsh Blast Fishion was the best mascara known to man kind, but then when I gave the Maybelline one a second chance I realized how much better this on is.

The Cover Girl one really doesn't do anything to my lashes, but give them the tiniest bit of color and length and you can only get the best pigmentation with two or three coats.  With the Maybelline one, it does not clump, it gives you super oober long lashes, and great defenition.

Another mascara that you've probably seen in one of my favorites video, or in one of my tutorials would be the Estee Lauder Magnascopic mascara.  It is also a really great, non clumpy, super volumizing mascara.  But can you guess what's even better than the two mascara's alone?  The two macaras combined!  The Maybelline mascara's long, thin, fiber material with the smooth, glossy, wet formula mixed with the lengthening, soft bristled Estee Lauder mascara makes the best lashes ever!

So thick, so long, so defined!!!!

You definetly need to check it out, and don't be surprised if you hear about this in October Favorite, haha, luv you guys!  :)
